PAINLESS PARKING ON TYBEE
Sea View House provides one off-steet parking space for each apartment.
A multitude of places and things to see and do are within walking distance (See
Tybee Map). Elsewhere on the
island, the parking is as follows:
Parking rates, island-wide are 25 cents for 10 minutes 8AM-8PM including weekends
and holidays.
Annual decals are $100 and valid for one year from month of purchase.
Multi-day passes can be purchased at the Pay-and-display machines by adding hours
of current day until 8PM. Additional days can be purchased by adding $18 at a time
to a maximum of three days. Any machine can be used to purchase your time. Pull
receipt from hinged slot area and DISPLAY ON DASHBOARD.
There are still some metered spaces around the island; meter rates are $1.00 per
hour. Your pay-and-display receipt is also honored at meters. For any parking questions,

Remember...parking must be paid 365 days a year, 8AM-8PM

TYBEE BEACH RULES
Sixteen simple rules to follow on Tybee's Beaches to make your trip safe and enjoyable.
1. No glass or breakable containers allowed on the beach
2. Place litter in trash containers. Beach goers must contain their trash at all
time.
3. Obey the lifeguards
4. No disturbing dune vegetation.
5. No pets on the beach.
6. No fires on the beach.
7. No disorderly conduct.
8. No nudity on the beach.
9. No beer kegs on the beach.
10. Surfboarding and fishing are only allowed in designated areas.
11. Swim within 50 yards of shoreline.
12. No motorized vehicles on beach.
13. No motorized watercraft within 1,000 feet of water line.
14. Shark fishing is prohibited from any of the public beaches, docks or piers.
15. No jumping or diving from the pier or any public structure.
16. No walking or climbing on the rocks, jetties or any public structure.
