About Sea View Cottage
The Historic "Sea View Cottage", originally built in 1923, was completely
restored in 1999. Sea View Cottage was listed in The National Register
of Historic Places
nps.gov/history/
(ID#3000286) on April 22, 2003.
Sea View House has again undergone major renovations to upgrade and
insure the comfort of our guests.
We are the fourth house from the
beach (see
MAP page) and you
can enjoy ocean views from the balconies.
All units are fully equipped with everything needed for guests to just move-in and enjoy the
Island.
Only ONE unit is designated as 'pet friendly'. (Call Tybee Vacation
Rentals for Pet Info).
There are 2 fully enclosed outdoor
hot water showers on the lower level and a utility room with washer/dryer in back
on the lower level. (Apt. #1 has a washer/dryer in unit)
Each apartment can be rented separately or the entire home can be rented.
